Portable (16kg control unit, 39kg HV tank) hipot tester, 100kV, 50Hz, rated 3kVA into capacitive loads. Features continuously adjustable output voltage, external safety interlock, zero start safety
interlock, self resetting over current protection, guard/ground return mode, HV on/off and main power pushbuttons and ruggedized meters with glass windows that eliminate static buildup.
