Our rental with option to own scheme usually is available to approved business customers for all the equipment displayed on Sales Lists and most products in our rental fleet. The rates quoted require a minimum of 12 rental payments after which you may purchase the equipment by paying an amount equal to one month’s rental.
If you see something here you’d like at home, we have alternate easy finance options available for private consumers.
Hire or Rental meets most needs however where long term or permanent requirements develop many people like to have the option of ownership. To more fully meet the needs of rental clients Tech-Rentals offers the the option of owning the rented system during a normal rental or based on a new agreement with a mutually agreed minimum rental period.
The following summary of rental purchase details will enable a better understanding of how it works.
Option to Own
After an agreed minimum rental period (of typically 12 months) the equipment may be purchased by paying an amount equal to one month’s rental. For a total of 13 payments it’s yours. There’s no obligation to purchase however the minimum rental periods apply. You can own the system in one year! (or less if it suits you better).

Customised Systems Tailored to your Business needs
All systems whether new equipment or systems from our existing rental inventory are configured according to your specifications for software applications and system hardware options. Don’t pay for things you don’t need or use! Upgrades to rented equipment may be undertaken during the rental as need dictates.
Service & Maintenance
The equipment is covered by a comprehensive service plan. This ensures minimum downtime. And along with our free equipment loan policy for all rental customers, even if there is an unforseen delay you still have equipment to carry on with.
Extended 60 Day Warranty
Parts and labour are covered by a 60 day warranty beyond the final invoice on agreements up to one year in duration.

By distributing capital expenditure over the entire agreement period you are able to minimise impact on your cash flow.
