Defelko Positest Concrete Moisture Meter. Concrete moisture meter using the electrical impendance to measure concrete moisture. Designed to do area scans the kit includes a telescopic extender. Measure 0~6% Moisture content of concrete, 0~4% Carbide Method equivalent or 0~100% RH. Accuracy +/-0.5% Moisture content of concrete. Tests in accordance to ASTM F2659
