Data Download Services
Many of the applications involving rented
instruments to capture and store measurement data over
extended periods require both substantial time and
operational familiarity to successfully extract that data
through a download process and save it in a useful format.
Our technical staff are equipped and trained
to deliver you the downloaded data in a range of suitable
output formats including diskette, CD-ROM, printout, chart
and DVD according to your need and the product’s
functionality.
All you need to do is nominate your output
preferences and appropriate technical information and the
rest is taken care of. The completed files or printouts will
be forwarded to you quickly or may be collected at an
arranged time. Typically, the downloads will be available
within one working day of the return of the instrument to
Tech-Rentals’ office.

On-site Setup
Whether setting up computers for a training

Equipment Configuration
Just nominate your configuration preferences
and appropriate technical information when making your
rental booking and the equipment will be configured
precisely so you can begin working immediately it arrives.
In the case of computers, customisation can
include selection of operating systems, memory size,
graphics card, hard drive size, specialised connection
cables built, attached and tested.

Just

Calibration
TR Services offers calibration services
based on three levels of precision to meet your
need.
A certificate of traceability confirming the
date of last calibration and the standards
used.(The testing parameters and
acceptance limits can be provided however
measurement parameters are not recorded if
they are within the acceptance limits.)
Through our network of industry associates
and using our volume buying power, a
competitively priced range of NATA
laboratory certified calibration services
can be coordinated and managed for you,
saving not only money but your time too. All
NATA items calibrated are accompanied by a
NATA certificate.
TR Services can provide in-house or external
laboratory calibration to meet your specific
needs. For further details please contact

Any asset which requires periodic calibration has
a current calibration label affixed. If the
calibration period expires during a rental the
equipment may be calibrated on request without
additional charge.
