Every product listed is available for rental and selected
items are available for sale - see our regular Sales Lists
Do you deliver? If so how much will it cost me?
Yes we deliver. Costs, per average equipment item, usually
range between $20-$60 for delivery within Australia. For
exact cost of delivery to your location, e-mail us. Urgent
delivery, or unusual or remote locations, may cost extra.
How quickly can I have the equipment?
Once you place your order, we will deliver or have the
equipment ready for you to collect the same day, usually
within an hour for most items (subject to availability,
volume and configuration).
I need equipment urgently but my budget doesn't allow for
it, can you help?
YES. Try our convenient Rent to Own plan.
Does the rate you quote me include a damage waiver fee?
Yes, the price quoted includes a damage waiver fee. Damage
waiver is available for most equipment however some products
are excluded. Damage waiver can be omitted on request.
How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, Cheque, Cash or if you
qualify, you may open a Trading Account. You can also
pay online.
How do I pay for my rental?

Do you sell consumables?
YES, we sell all consumables for all products in our
inventory.
Can you supply large volume PC's and/or Notebooks for
short-term rental? Will you also install them?
YES we certainly can. Ask us how.
